Floyd Brown from Mikva's Youth Safety Council to Appear on CAN TV
Floyd Brown from Mikva's Youth Safety Council was one of four panelists discussing the growing problem of violence in Chicago communities on November 5th at the Chicago History Museum. The panel discussion, which was taped as part of the In The Know series on CAN TV Channel 21, was titled "Chicago's Deadly Streets" and moderated by Sun Times columnist, Laura Washington. The other three panelists included local activists and community leaders - Father Michael Pfleger, Pastor of St. Sabina; Peter Hampton, Director of CAPS Implementation Office; and Tio Hardiman, Director of CeaseFire Illinois.
