ACT NOW Bill Signed Into Law Today!

Governor Pat Quinn signed into law today the ACT NOW Bill, which Mikva Challenge Out-of-School Time Council lobbied for during the Spring. The Bill will provide a mechanism for evaluating after-school programming and funding in the State of Illinois.
