Mikva Challenge held our annual spring benefit on April 21, 2011 to raise support for our youth civic engagement programs. The event inaugurated the Abner and Zoe Mikva Civic Leadership Awards.

Cory Booker (Mayor of Newark, NJ), Jim Edgar (former Governor of Illinois), John Levi (Partner, Sidley Austin LLP), and Curie Metropolitan High School were all honored for their commitment to youth civic engagement and public service in the spirit of Abner and Zoe Mikva.
