Democracy is a verb.

Do you believe in the power of youth?

Welcome to the Mikva Challenge, where ‘Democracy is a VERB.’ We challenge high school students throughout the Chicagoland area to be active participants in the political process through elections, community problem solving, and policy-making programs. Our programs serve over 6,000 high school students and 130 teachers at 110 schools across the Chicago Metropolitan region.
